Winslow Klika, who struck out five batters over 5 1/3 innings, helped the Avengers defeat Warwick PAL, 3-2.
Grogan O’Brien earned the save with 1 2/3 innings of solid work.
Both pitchers benefited from excellent defense of shortstop Sean Giannelli.
On the offensive side of the ball, Alex Tullo went 2/3 (one run scored) while O’Brien, Giannelli and Reid Klug all drove in runs for EG.
